Now, even a builder has joined them!

You know what? This 'teaser campaign' has created very very big buzz in Pune real estate market. Specifically, among the target property buyers who - work / stay / travel - on Pune Nashik Highway (N H 50). From Nashik Phata to Chakan Chowk - you can not miss a single hoarding of this upcoming project "Near Moshi".

In fact, after I saw the first hoarding, I started looking for the next. I was very curious to know what the next hoarding says. The message in every hording touched my heart.

Yes, the message - more than "Manva & Vaibhav" of "Tuza Maza Jamena". Leading hero & heroine in Mahesh Manjrekar's popular TV serial on Zee Marathi - which is shot in Amanora Park Town.

Of course, the ultimate message is usual and simple. The builder wants your money - booking amount. Obviously, the builder is trying to 'motivate' you to book a flat in his upcoming scheme 'near Moshi'.

Who can motivate a husband to give away his hard earned money to a builder?

Wife! Right?

This builder knows that, now a days, a wife is always on the top. So, the teaser campaign gives dominant role to a wife. A dominant wife in every hoarding looks cute - talks tough - shoots straight. But, she sounds sweet - in every hoarding. Because, this wife - humiliates and harasses her husband - with a great love and affection.

"What? Are you mad? Can you afford to buy a flat in any 'developed area'?," asks wife and forces her husband to ignore "lack of infrastructure" in this undeveloped area - 'near Moshi' - in PCMC. Reminding him about his limited budget, the wife compels her husband to become foolishly optimistic about the development and growth of this 'third world' in PCMC.

On one hoarding, the wife ridicules her husband - who is sitting on the fence - waiting for the property price correction in Pune real estate market - by saying, "You stupid fellow - You keep on waiting for 'price correction'!"

The wife uses 'a promise before the marriage' to blackmail her husband to book a 1 BHK Flat in this upcoming housing project "Near Moshi" - is my favorite hoarding.

Sorry, husbands. I know what you are going through. Your wife and relatives have already made your life difficult. Now, even a builder has joined them.

Together they are doing it in open - what they used to do inside the four walls of your rented home.

How shameful! Your dear ones are publicly humiliating you for not booking a flat!!

So, to prove that you are 'a man' - book a flat in this upcoming project 'near Moshi'.

God bless you.

  1. I think this campaign is going to backfire. Who would want to buy a flat here and provide a proof to the world and himself that he is a a victim of all the humiliation displayed in the campaign. The husband asking for advice to the wife could have been a better approach... What do you think?

  2. Jo Biwi se kare pyaar .... woh barbaad hone se kaise kare inkaar

--This shall be the hording after the project is "100 % sold out"

PS : Pune Real Estate Laws
    1) Most projects are 98 % sold out on day of prelaunch by the time the first inquiry is made

    2) Every project always has a proposed DP road next to it

    3) Every project ultimately forces its owners to live in the company of mosquitoes and birds
