At the site of 33 KeshavKunj, workers were erecting panadal for the Bhoomi Poojan on this Sunday. Looking at the list of guests, I said, "If I had been you, I would have taken advantage of connections & money power. I would have launched the project without any sanctions and approval - at a very premium price! How come you are so sincere & rational?"
"We are not marketeers. We are civil contractors. So when we decided to build a housing scheme in Pune, obviously, we thought of 'actual home buyers'. Who can afford to own today and earn good appreciation tomorrow. Being a contractor, we know that legal sanction & approval, working drawings are essential for the timely execution of a project. And not constraints. So, systematic & sincere work is our habit!," Mr. Shashank Yadav said.

DeleteIf psf rate is less,they will increase carpet area so that anyhow they can get 50 lakh,
Why,keshavkunj33 is asking 50 lakh for 669 carpet ,it should be 33 lakh instead,see the name also justifies it keshavkunj"33".
