Vedant Group's 3rd Project at Undri Pisoli!
My old friend Mr. Zahoor Peerzada, one of the most senior real estate marketing professionals in Pune real estate market, had invited me for the launch of Kingston Impreria at Pisoli.
I was eager to meet Zahoorsaheb. But a little worried too. If I didn't like something about Kingston Imperia and write negative about the project, Zhoorsaheb wont like it. And I can't think of hurting Zahoorsaheb whom I respect a lot.
So, I spent sometime to observe the site of Kingston Imperia. When I saw that the construction has already started, very confidently I entered the launch pandal and met Mr. Zahoor Peerzada.
"Yes! We have opened bookings - of 2 buildings out of 4 - today but the construction has already begun! And the good news is all 12 floors are sanctioned!," Mr. Zahoor Peerzada said and invited me to view the audio visual film of Kingston Imperia.
The film and the site office of Kingston Imperia was really impressive. But there was no sample flat! So, I asked Zahoorsaheb - Why?
"Kingston Imperia is the third project of Vedant Group on Undri Pisoli Road. Kingston Elysia Pisoli & Kingston Serene Undri are the other two. In this part of the city, we - Vedant Group - are quite well known as a developer of quality housing for middle class," Mr. Zahoor Peerzada said and opened the brochure.
Pointing at the floor plan of Kingston Imperia, Zahoorsaheb said,"Look at this floor plan. When the plan is so right - and you are sure that the builder will give all promised amenities - sample flat is unnecessary. Isn't it?"
"What about the property prices at Kingston Imperia?," I asked.
"Have a look at this. For those who love to live near NIBM - M G Road - Camp - these rates are most attractive!," Zahoorsaheb said.
"Don't you think that these property prices are little on the higher side for a young first time middle class home buyer?," I asked.
"Yes! Because, now, we all want a little luxury - we enjoy watching a film in "multiplex" than in a single screen cinema - look at the amenities and specifications of Kingston Imperia - these luxuries have become necessities - which makes price reduction difficult," Mr. Zahoor Peerzada said.

ReplyDeleteDear Sir, I am living for past 2.5 years on rent in Pune with family.It is only now that I have decided to buy own apartment/house here.My good luck that I got to know about your blog in the first week of my house search itself. My job is in hinjewadi and I am looking to be within 12 Kms from railway station. My budget is not more than 20-30 lacs (yes, that is the reality of IT workers), but they overspend taking load of loan for rest of their life, which I would not want, for the good of my family. I would keep following your blog, hope you would provide some guideance on the affordable projects within 12 kms from station.
