On 23rd March 2012,
Vascon Engineers (BOM:533156) performed Bhoomipujan Ceremony of "Nature Springs" & "Nature's Nest" at Varale, approximately 4 kilometers from Talegaon Railway Station on Talegaon Dabhade - Ambi - Navlakh Umbre Road in Maval, Pune 410 507.
I visited
Vascon's (www.vascon.com) site on 24th. I took 12.10 Pune Lonavala Local at Shivajinagar Railway Station. At 1250, I was at Talegaon Station. Walking from Talegaon Station to Vascon's site was an interesting journey. However, when i reached the site, my first question was, "Where is that lady who answers your toll free number 1800 200 4441?"
"Welcome Mr. Ravi Karandeekar....why?...what happened? She sits in our head office in Pune.," the sales executive said.
"In this hot afternoon ...she made me walk from the station...she talked as if...this site is at a walking distance from Talegaon Railway Station," i said.
"Oh God! It means that your first impression about the project is not favorable! In fact, this is not the right time to visit this site. You should visit this site in monsoon. Now, it's dry. But in the rainy season, you can imagine, it will be green and beautiful. By that time, our site office and the sample flat will be ready and then we will launch the project!," the salesperson said.
"Then what did you do yesterday? Wasn't it a launch? You released ads.... announced special property rate...Rs. 2,750 per sq.ft.," I asked.
The salesperson was going to say something but a gentleman interrupted. Reminding the salesperson to allot 2 flats next to each other, the happy interrupter said bye bye.
"What's going on? You are taking bookings! 'Launch' is not about greenery and beauty - it's all about opening booking at high property rate. Right?," i said.
"You are upset! But tell me - did you tell the lady on the phone that you are not driving but walking?," the salesperson asked.
"Rude! Very rude!! Where is your M D - Mr. R. Vasudevan?," i demanded.
"He was here yesterday...tell me... i will pass on your message!," the salesperson said.
"Good! Tell him that this booking is as good as 'inside trading'.....Don't forget that Vascon is a listed company...in case of Vascon - construction quality - completion - possession are not issues....but it doesn't mean that you are free to rig the property prices!," i said.
"What are you talking? These are serious allegations. I can't tell him all this. Better you talk to him directly," the salesperson said.
"Fine! Can you pass on one simple message to Mr. R. Vasudevan?," i asked.
"Yes! Depends upon the message!!," the salesperson said.
"Tell him to call your toll free number 1800 200 4441.....follow her instruction....and walk from Talegaon Railway Station to your site!," i said.
"Is this a message or a punishment?," the salesperson asked.
"Punishment? You walk with your boss and see for yourself! Now, please, tell me about your project. I have to catch 1615 Lonavala Pune Local at Talegaon," i said.
"Don't worry...a car will drop you at Talegaon Station!," the salesperson said.
"Thanks! In that case I can enjoy your company till 4 o'clock!," i said.
However, i got lost in Vascon Nature Springs & Vascon Nature's Nest and took 1752 Local at Talegaon. Thanks to PMPML Round Buses! I was not late for 7.30 show of
Agent Vinod at City Pride Kothrud!

the problem with such of schemes is like "you invest and wait for longest time"...
many a times builder endup with lack of funds to build whatever he promised or simply alters the plan...
Again I am saying, Life Republic or Nature spring are projects where one should LIVE and NOT invest...
simply rent out once it becomes reality as it is shown in the brochure...!
