At half past seven i left Paranjape Schemes' Gloria at Bavdhan.
It was dark. It was raining. I started walking on the edge of Mumbai Bangalore Bypass.
Without bothering about speeding cars, trucks and buses.
Always, keeping one eye on Paranjape Schemes' neon-sign on Athashri Bavdhan.
Remembering what i had learned today.
Thanking god for showing me the noble path.

Chetan, sales executive of Paranjape Schemes' Gloria Grace at Bavdhan, refused to show me the first phase - Gloria. Don't even try to visit on your own because the security wont let you in, he suggested. But, i was too curious to give up.
I wanted to have a close look at the building, club house and driveway of Gloria. Chat with the property buyers who have taken possession. And go home by the 'new approach road' which connects Gloria to Mumbai Bangalore Bypass. Having 2 approach roads to the project was an ultimate luxury in Bavdhan where most of the projects don't even have one.

The club house of Gloria was closed. Kids were playing on the lawn. Couple of mothers were unnecessarily supervising their kids. It was a pleasure to watch grand mother, mom & dad admiring a baby who has just started to walk.
Instantly, i became a big fan of the baby and started following her. At some point, we, all members of the baby's fan club, have become friends. Suddenly, mom decided to go home and successful caught hold of the baby.

The show was over. We started walking towards the lift in the basement parking. I introduced myself to the dad. Congratulated him for taking a right decision and at the right time.
It all just happened, the dad said. He had come down to finalize some other property but ended up booking a 3 BHK Flat in Gloria. Instantly booked the one which was offered to him. Paid Rs. 61 Lakhs without trying to negotiate. You must have fallen in love with your flat, i asked. It was not about love, but about the trust in Paranjape Schemes, the dad said.
Good thing about Paranjape Schemes is they promise less, the dad said. You mean to say that they deliver more than promised? I was curious to know.
I don't expect more from others. Seriously trying to fulfill your promise is enough for me, the dad said.

Generally all the material used is of good quality. Issues are about the workmanship. The folding door of my terrace was not operating smoothly. Paranjape took time to catch the agency and get it done. But the maintenance guy never ignored me or avoided to do it.
Issues are there but the relationship with the builder is reciprocal! I am sure that Paranjape Schemes' will deliver. Will complete the unnecessary formalities. Like society formation and all.
So, when they told me to pay the balance amount and take the possession - without bothering about the completion certificate and all - i paid and shifted.
Is it true that Paranjape Schemes never forms 'Co-op Housing Society' but 'Association of Apartments'? I asked.
Obviously, the builder will do whatever is good for him. But, i am sure about one thing. Paranjape Schemes will never do anything which will be bad for me. The dad said.
When you are so sure about anybody - what do you do? You surrender yourself to him. Right? I follow this in my personal & professional life, the dad said.
Good! That's why i could enjoy a joyful evening with your baby, i said and thanked him for sharing.
By the new - second - approach road to Paranjape Schemes' Gloria, i reached at the arch of Pailwan Tanaji Dagde Patil Nagar. It was almost dark all around me. Paranjape Schemes' neon sign was on my right. I started walking on the edge of Mumbai Bangalore Bypass. Chanting "Builderam sharanam gacchami!"
