Sunday morning, I woke up hungry. I wanted to enjoy real pleasure. I was starving to touch, feel, smell, explore and experience. No one else, but Sobha can satisfy me. I was sure. So, i went to Kondhwa.

Ravi, One can find the expensive house with ready possession. I have 2cr flats avaialble in Kharadi better than this off NIBM area. Gotcha happens when the property is @ affordable price. Again when I say @affordable price I dont mean AnandGram or something. Whereever those are available in ready possession either the options are on top floor or at the back side or its too small. I know one house was available @Rohan Mithila, Viman Nagar @ ground floor with garden and all + 3bhk but the size was just 800 sq ft. And the cost was 67L. Why will I buy it? I will prefere waiting for an year or two rather. I dont mind if I get possession 6-8 months late. coz I am not buying matchbox.
ReplyDeleteI dont compromise watching the movie sitting in the first row in a/c multiplex with the same price, I can pay for the last row on the next day. I will rather wait for next show. Dont you?

ReplyDeleteDear Sandeep, i recommend good projects. Good projects come in all budgets. From Rs. 4 Lakh to Rs. 4 Crore.
ReplyDeleteI admire myself for sharing info with you all about "2 BHK for 20 Lakhs" well before Vastushodh launched "Urbangram at Kondhawe Dhawade" which was, eventually, sold out in a day.
For more than 6 months, my blog on "Megapolis Smart Homes 1" - 1 BHK for 18 Lakhs & 2 BHK for Rs. 24 Lakhs in Hinjewadi Phase 3 - was the only source of information.
