From Paramount Eros, i went to Alcon Signare, opposite Sai Service Station, off NIBM Road, at Kondhwa Budruk, Pune 411 028.
I liked the site office of Alcon Signare. I took a few photographs before I entered.
The receptionist told me that in 2 acres Alcon Signare has 4 buildings. 2 buildings of 12 floors and 2 buildings of 6 floors. Swimming pool. Health club. Party lawn. Children's play area. 2 BHK & 2.5 BHK Flats.
Before, she could ask 'my requirement', i declared that i am not a property buyer. I am Ravi Karandeekar. I write a blog on ongoing real estate projects in Pune.
The receptionist went inside, came out in less than 3 seconds and told me to go in. Mr. K. Amir, the gentleman inside the cabin, asked me - what did i exactly do.
When i told him that i do what i am doing right now, - visit the site and write about it on Ravi Karandeekar's Pune Real Estate Market News Blog.
Looking worried, Mr. K. Amir asked me, "How much you earn from blogging?" When i told him not much, he looked really sad.
"For Alcon Signare, anyway, we will get enough bookings from the investors", Mr. Amir said. While talking, he pointed at the clean plot of land behind his site office. Mr. K Amir told me that though there is no sample flat ready, if i look around, i can get the idea. The flats in Alcon Signare will have the same kind of paint and windows, i see in the site office. I thanked Mr. K Amir for the info and took his leave.
The receptionist gave me the printed paper bag of the sales literature and the property price list.
It was the shortest and sweetest site visit of my life. Like a classified display ad in the news paper.
Alcon Signare - only 1 staircase for the 12 story building?!
However, on Monday morning, i noticed that Alcon Signare has only 1 staircase! Instead of 2 as per the current development rule. I tried to contact the director but couldn't get him. However, Mr. K. Amir helped me and i had a talk with the project manager of Alcon Signare. But, i am waiting for the official reply to my mail. After all, it's all about Pune real estate locha, and Peti & Kokha!

I would blame enthusiastic buyer's for this mess. Builders are just playing the tune which is akin to customers.

I'd stay away from this project and Kondhwa/Hadapsar in general. Too many minorities and from the tone of this builder it sounds like he has backing from unsavory characters in the middle east.
ReplyDeleteBest bet for law abiding/patriotic professionals is West Pune - Baner/Balewadi/Aundh/Bavdhan.

ReplyDeleteKindly stay away from this project and builder too.... Project is already behind schedule timeline and builder is not ready to meet his clients to discuss customer complains / queries. Everything is left on sales manager who has no idea about the work progress.
