    Times are tough. In the tough times it is safe to give some time to the builder to invest his own funds and construct.

    Right time to book will be - when the internal finishing work is going on.

    So, you don't end up paying high pre-emi - even if the project is delayed.

    Considering the slowdown in Pune real estate market, and high inflation - anyway, property rates will not increase much.

    So, yes, go for it - if you love to live near Dange Chowk - but don't hurry.

    Builder building plan for C & D wing is rejected and now builder is not doing agreement for almost 40 flats booked in C & D.
    What wld u suggest shld be done..
    Is there a possibility that builder will charge high rates in future while making agreement

      Is there any possibility that builder wont get TDR passed for building C & D ? If so, in that case, what will builder do with the current bookings for C & D blocks ?

  8. Today i saw the flats .Builder was saying everything is ok .Can any one please tell me any problem in booking C AND D Royal Castal near Dange Chowk .....Please share me contact details if some one already booked there
