When i visited Amora Homes, Mr. Nitin Garve, M.D., Garve Properties (www.garveproperties.com), was not in the office. So, i got an opportunity to talk to Ms. Priti Chauhan.
When i asked Ms. Priti about the availability in Amora Homes, she told me that only seven (7) 2 BHK Flats - 690 sq.ft. to 730 sq.ft. carpet area + Terrace - are available and all inclusive property price is, approximately, Rs. 39 to 42 Lakhs. Available 2 BHK Flats are on 4th to 10 th floors. Means, there is a choice! Possession is in December 2011.

"Are 1 BHKs available?," I asked..
"Not now! Going to sell in ready possession!," Ms. Priti said.
"You naughty girl!," i said.
