  2. Hi,

I have booked an apartment at Crosswinds some time back. Recently happened to visit your blog, I was taken aback with your comments and immediately again visited my apartment to check the valuable inputs you have mentioned.

I would like to share my views with you and the others on the comments you have posted

My apartment is a 4 BHK apt. and the I studied the sizes of the rooms and toilets and found them satisfactory to my requirement. For the area of the apartment the sizes are justified and are large enough to call them luxurious sizes.

I have a family of six people which includes my parents, my wife and two kids. I have kept the master room for me n my wife, one for my kids, and one for my parents. The fourth room is kept as a guest room or later can give individual room to my kids.

Also the servant room size is good enough to accommodate an adult servant for the house. I did do a re check on the size of servant room in the other similar projects in the city and the sizes are comparable and sufficient.

Also the master bedrooms are quite spacious with walk in wardrobe and large toilets to accommodate a bath tub and a separate shower cubicle.

I am content with the sizes of the living and the dinning space and also additional to it I have an adjoining terrace.

They have now furnished an apartment which gives a very clear picture of the space utilization.

I suggest you visit again and put pictures of the furnished apartment to make aware your followers and not confuse the lay man.
