Sometimes, i feel that the caller is trying to pull my legs. Calling on my mobile 919860044110 and asking strange question, is his way of making fun of me for offering 3 minutes free consultation on phone about investing in Pune real estate market. Strange question like - what are the future prospects of "Somatane Phata"?
"Somatane Phata? The one which connects old Mumbai Pune Highway (N. H. 4) and new Mumbai Pune Expressway? Why? Are you planning to buy Somatane Phata?," i asked Virendra when he called me other day.
"I am planning to invest in one project, Forest View Bungalows (www.forestviewbungalows.com), on Somatane Phata. It's 5 acre project of 54 bungalows. And i want to know about the future development of this area. I want to find out whether it would be convenient to live in that bungalow," Virendra said.

When Virendra told me more about Forest View Bungalows at Somatane Phata, like the property price of these bungalows - 1800 sq.ft. built up on 2200 plot - was only Rs. 75 / 70 / 65 Lakhs, i asked him why he wants to know about the proposed development of the area. Living in 65 Lakhs Rupee 3 BHK Independent Forest View Bungalow on Somatane Phata and driving down to Hinjewadi - in less than 20 minutes - on Mumbai Pune Expressway - sounds quite romantic idea to me. "Isn't this enough for you?," I asked.
I also suggested Virendra - do not try to live your life on the 2 levels - realistic and romantic - at the same time. You will only make yourself sad. This is like participating in Rakhi ka Swayamwar and, after marriage, expecting her to become an ideal "bahu" who would look after your parents. Don't do that. Remember what attracted you - and focus on that - enjoy silicon implants! "Virendra, Isn't the view of a forest - ever green - reserved forest - fulfilling your dream of living with your family in your 3 BHK Independent Forest View Bungalow - at a strategic location of Somatane Phata - isn't enough for you?," i asked.
"Yes! I liked Forest View Bungalows. I called you only because I thought that Ravi Karandeekar, famous Pune real estate blogger, may be aware about the development potential of Somatane Phata!," Virendra said.
"And you are disappointed! I know nothing. Don't know Forest View Bungalows. Don't know about the development potential of Somatane Phata. Right?," i asked.

ReplyDeleteI had gone through this link recently and asked clarification to Defence City builder, but they are claiming that some of their colleauges left their company and spreading these rumors.
I went to this site location Kharadi(another side of Nagar road) which is fully developed.This actracting me to invest in this area.
If possible please visit this site and provide your valuable feedback.
I believe it will be helpful for those all looking to invest in this area.
