  1. I visited the Balador site on 8th Sept 2012. The current state of phase - 1 is, the construction of 6 buildings is almost complete, interiors like plumbing, electrical wiring etc. work is remaining, and the remaining 2 building are also progressing fast. They are quoting that in 6 months they will give the possession of the flats.
    Currently the rate is 3050/- per SQFT, the phase - 1 consist of 2BHK and 3BHK flats.
