  4. Talking a lot about child centricity n all.
strange building structure – resembling multistory spider web :D
Cost Price - Min 45 lakhs
Society charges 2500 per month on top of that
+ Diesel Genset charges per month extra
8 flats per floor (too much crowd)
    10 flrs per building
Ambiance has been compromised in order to avoid common walls in between apartments
Many windows are opening into the duct area ( good for peeping into others bathrooms enjoying the stench of toilets :D)
Too many columns in the parking area, where to park a car ?
No natural lighting on stair cases, lift and common areas, it is very dark n gloomy feels like horror movie set
No swimming pool and GYM, ( Obese child ?)
They have made a music room and kept few instruments, for the sake of selling and saying Child Centric homes.
No grills in windows (children can commit suicide easily if get less marks in exams, Cost saving ?)
No mosquito Net (You child can spend more time on bed, after several trips to docs)
Strange shapeless kitchen structure , very small kitchen. ( expectation – we will eat outside most of the time)
Kitchen, sink is very small comes in three parts, good for nothing ( maid will demand more money )
They have converted a corner of hall into a shapeless utility room. Good for nothing.Pay 70 sq-ft amount that is waste and of no use. ( a poultry farm can be started)
Pay 65000 extra for a stupid loft ( looks like a patients examine bed)
BEST OF ALL – you cant customize the house as per your and ofcourse your child’s need in a well known child centric HOUSE.

For those who have booked – ALL THE VERY BEST
    Start looking for resale :D

  6. Gera's Emarald City at Kharadi is OK. Considering that the launch rate was only 1100, it looked quite good to me. I will visit the second phase soon and let us see how it looks at the current price.

An year ago, when they started giving possession, I have visited it many times. At that point of time, water supply was good.
