Aloma County Aundh - Property prices of Irene Towers to go up

Launch offer of Irene Towers to end at any moment!

Aloma County Aundh (www.alomacounty.com) in Pune has proved to be quite a crowd-puller!

Last weekend, i saw people crowd into the site office, video room and sample flat of the 45 acre township in Aundh, Aloma County. There was a big crowd around the model of Irene Towers, first phase of 300 Flats - 2 BHK & 3 BHK - and the receptionist for the brochure and the property price list.

Considering that Aloma County Aundh is in the 'heart of the town', near Parihar Chowk, behind Medipoint Hospital on D P Road, a crowd of curious visitors was not at all an unexpected phenomenon. Or an indication of bookings! Right?

  1. I practically feel funny looking at these rates. And feel even more sorry for people who are investing in them.

This clearly says that the property market in Pune has gone from strange to ridiculous. Anybody buying a 2BHK worth 60L has lost his mind, or has way too much money from non-legit sources, to be converted to white.

By 2011 end we are going to enter a correction or a stagnant phase. There has to be correction.

  2. These guys are non-professional, non-committal is the word.
They promise you 'x' rates, agree on all the details, and when you reach the site for booking, you find rates jacked up by 500 Rupess psf.
I have had this experience, beware of them.

  3. I wonder whether people will buy houses if these weirdness in prices does not stop.
