Soon, no property tax for defense personnel

Pune is set to strengthen its tag of a haven for defense personnel with the Pimpri-Chinchwad Municipal Corporation (PCMC) and the Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC) making progress in a move to exempt them from property tax.

The PCMC general body passed a resolution in this regard on December 23 and in September, the Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC) had passed such a resolution that is waiting for the final nod.

    So Mr ravi did the law actually passed or it is like one more file lost in the government office(no pun intented) ?

    I think it such law is to pass for the defense sector working candidate.
