Ravi , can you put some light or your views may be … on these kind of new "Satellite” townships coming up around pune ..... What are the target customers .. how its convenient for people in pune to travel 35 kms everyday .. etc.

    thanks

  4. Ref: ""Satellite township".

Small urban development in the small village near a big city.

For the local people, residents of the town, here Yavat, who mostly depend / deal with the urbanized city, here Pune.

Ref: "how its convenient for people in pune to travel 35 kms everyday .. etc."

We are talking about people of Yavat. Not people of Pune. For example we are talking about 900 people of Yavat who take a train to Pune.

However, if living conditions are good people in the cities, for example in Mumbai, often shift to suburbs.

Here we are talking about people who's income is 5,000 to 10,000 rs. , don't pay income tax, don't have a salary slip or even a bank account.
