Krome Builders to launch 1BHK and 2BHK flats at the property rate of Rs 1,500-2,000 per sq ft. in Vishrantwadi

Krome is planning to construct a 425 apartment complex spread over 400 acres in Vishrantwadi, which is a 20-minute drive from Koregaon Park a posh Pune locality.

The project by Krome Builders, promoters of Citrona at Undri next to Bishops School, will be launched in August and bookings start in the same month.

While the rates in Vishrantwadi are between Rs 2,800-3,500 per sq ft, Krome is offering flats at Rs 1,500-2,000 per sq ft.

This means a flat measuring 300 to 750 sq ft will cost you anywhere between Rs 5 to 15 lakh. The project will be launched in August and bookings start in the same month.

  3. We still dont know whether the max area 750 is the carpet or built-up. If 750 sq ft is the carpet area and Krome offers good and reliable construction quality and basic amenities, then it may bring a BIG change to existing prices and probably the upcoming project prices also.... I guess its too early to jump the fence and conclude whether its good or bad... probably this cud be the light at the end of the tunnel.. keeping my fingers (and check) crossed :-D

  4. This project will be a runaway hit.
    Builders can expect entire project booked in 15 days time. There are lots of potential buyers in all segments. Buyers are totally frustrated with unrealistic prices. I sincerely wish Krome very best of luck & hope many more such projects are launched in future.
