Dear Raju of Hinjewadi, you can achieve immortality but you won't get refund of your booking amount by walking to Blue Ridge every other day!

You have to wait till the flat you have canceled at Blue Ridge Hinjewadi is booked by some human being or by an alien!

Dear Raju of Hinjewadi,
let me remind you that it was your wish to be human.
You had a wish "to know how it feels to feel".
You wanted "to hope, to despair, to wonder, to love."
As an android, you could have achieved immortality by not wearing out.

But now, to get your money back you have to wait.

    Dose anyone knows what is the situation at KUMAR Park Infinia.
    Are the rates negotiable in the current situation? Are there in cancellations at the Park Infinia township.
    I heard that Kalpataru has launched a big project in Manjari with rate as Rs. 1950 / sq. ft.
    Which one is better - park infinia or Kalpataru screnity.

    Paranjape Schemes is collecting deposits @ 12.5% interest scheme.
    Advt in yesterday's Sakal.
    Similarly DSK has done in last week.
    Good cash crunch seen in the market.
    What will happen in March to these co.(FY year end)
    If they do not have immediate fund towards cancellations, how they can fund Bank, Interest and after that at last for Construction (So called International Quality in International Township for International Living and made for International People)

    What are the options left if Builder doesnt refund you money for booked apartment even before registration. What do you advise?
