Confirmation process starts at Nanded City Pune

Thanks to all, for sharing tips and taking part in the conversation! Your views have helped many to see the things clearly when there was no communication from the builder and circumstances were uncertain.

Confusion Ends or Begins?

Depending upon your date of booking, you will receive a call from the sales executive.

Today, they invited 70 numbers who have booked on 13Th of May. Lucky fellows. Booked at the property rate of Rs.2,750 per sq.ft. and got the first opportunity to choose!

You will visit the site office of Nanded City Pune. Sales executive will show you the layout plan of the residential sector and the floor plans of the flats.

You have to choose your building out of 6 buildings opened for booking.

You have to choose your flat - 1 bhk, 2 bhk, 2.5 bhk or 3 bhk flat.

Floor plans are available only at site office.

If you have made up your mind about booking a flat and completely ready, means if you go to the site office with the cheque book, you can complete the process in the same visit.

However, Nanded City Pune has given you 7 days to confirm your bookings!

  1. Ravi thanks for the update!
Can you please post some more details likes ...

    1. Are the rates same? What are the extra charges like parking / amenity charges etc?

    2. Whats the approximate cost for a 1000 sq feet apartment at 2750/-?

    3. Are people actually confirming the apartments or canceling it?

    4. How many people (out of 70) actually confirmed on day one?

    thanks

  2. Two more questions ...

    1. As said by you Ravi, are they only showing you building layout and floor layout? What about the whole city layout? If they have started the confirmation that means they should have the whole city layout ready because they are a registered township. Right?

    2. Will we come come to know where is school / it parks / shopping centers / hospitals etc?

    3. One more very important thing: After booking / aggreement will the land belongs to farmers only? There is very much confusion in this regards. Can someone please clarify this?

    thanks

  4. Hello Ravi,

    Few more questions.

    1) Are they giving any concession if one is ready to pay by ADF? (Sounds bold question in current scenario but this may be an indirect change for those who booked at higher rates to go nearby to these "Lucky Fellows")

    2) In the form given for filling earlier, Nanded city had given 3 payment options. a) As per progress of the construction b) ADF c) Finance from Nanded city. Is there any news regarding this financing scheme? (e.g. period of loan, Interest rate etc)

Finally can you get some news regarding yesterday's response to booking?

  5. Hello Ravi,

Mr. Satish Magar was earlier ensisting and urging the builders to keep the rates same and reduce the area of the flats.

Have they introduced similar concept in Nanaded city? Any smaller size 2BHK flats introduced or they are still same as 1100 sq. feet. Any ideas on this?

  6. Hello Ravi,

Are they constructing separate road(private road) to reach the city as the sinhagad road is too crowded.
Are the banks ready to provide finance for farm house ?
