So, it doesn't make any difference whether the terrace is 50 or 100 per cent.<br /><br />This also means that now if you want to know the property rate - you have to consider how much total amount you paid for the carpet area. Not for the saleable area.<br /><br />As a buyer we have to look at the transaction - property and price - from our - buyer's point of view.
