So please be careful of these fraudulent schemes. Kindly ask them to provide latest 7/12 without any BOJA, loan etc, Ferfar for at least 10 years, Zone dakhala with MAP of land where you can locate the plot extactly what they are selling you. Ask them whether you can pay directly to the owner of land (name on 7/12). Ask them full payment should be by chq and no Cash. Pay by DD only at the time of registration, if token has to be given then it should be on returnable basis or pay as less as possible. check drainage system and connectivity for same for plot if want to construct the house, water, electricity - Never buy a plot for investment, it will not give you good result over the period. instead by agriculture land in small villages. Plotting schemes in any city of India is not very dangerous mode and this scam of lakhs of Crorers will burst soon.
