As a potential buye...thanks Ravi for consideration,<br />As a potential buyer, here are my thoughts, on why I am looking for a used/resale flat:<br />1) I know that the building is ready :), I just have to move in the next day<br />2) The neeighborhood is already developed, so you already know what it is like to live there, instead of thinking on potential development<br />3) If the building is relatively new, say year 2000<, by spending 2 to 3 lakhs on renovation (I guess), it will be as good as new<br /><br />Regards,<br />Rahul<br />P.S: I am an NRI (live very close to Brussels), with a decent salary, and strugling to find a decent appartment in Pune. I know its difficult to have a unified view on "resale/used" flats, since they might be quiet scattered.
