Aleady 90% units are sold out. :)<br /> Real estate rate picture in this area was scary in for last 2 to 3 yrs here. Without much infrastructure ..rates are soaring . I heard Nyati builders have big plans for their site in Bavdhan Bk. They are going to have multiplexes , pubs and clubs ( similar to Corinthian ) in that areas. So many builder are cashing on this rosy picture as well. We can only hope about affordable housing in this area. Rates are already up in the sky. So don't wait ..go ahead and purchase scarcity for yourself but looks that's also difficult now ...as most of the flats are already sold out. But if one thinks for long term then the rent he/she pays for few months/year will be surely less than the amount he pays to the actual price and interest of the loan.
