Kumar Properties' is using e-mail ids and sending not only promotional mailers but you can get quick information about property prices and availability too.

Don't you think this brings transparency in transaction and property pricing? Good for real estate investor like you! Right?

My friend, i also enjoy criticizing, making sarcastic comments! I have only one request, please, appreciate each positive step which is favorable for the property buyer. I do that because I care for the property buyers. As much as you do!Ravi Karandeekarhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01681035021606018101noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5269558537262232516.post-6889512066685392032009-08-27T07:32:49.531+05:302009-08-27T07:32:49.531+05:30# Ref: "I guess you have already posted these...# Ref: "I guess you have already posted these good news earlier. Repeating same story.."

Yes, i agree with you about posting "Thank you!" earlier.

This time, post is about the current property rates of all Kumar properties' projects.

There was no intention to suggest any regrets. Actually, i was curious to know what would be the rates after the offer is over. On the day offer closed, i called salesman at Kumar Properties. He said, "I will get "new" rates by the evening. Mostly they will go up!"

As a real estate salesman, i could understand his enthusiasm and boosted confidence. But my guess was Kumar Properties wont increase the property rates. Being a fan of Kumar Properties, i controlled myself from suggesting "price rise" or putting it as a question "rates to go up?" in the "thank you" post. I thought it would be unfair to the most reasonable and straight forward builder in Pune.

By your over critical comments, i understand that you were not interested in Kumar Properties' projects. That's fine! But many readers were / and are. My posts on Kumar Properties' Celebration Offer are very popular. Not only that i have personally seen what a huge response Kumar Properties have received for this offer. Let me remind you that these are all high value properties and the current trend is of low budget flats!

I think as a sharp property buyer who understands the tricks and gimmicks of real estate developers and who cares for the property buyers' interest you should appreciates "up-front price reduction". Encourage the builder to celebrate the 44th year too!

If you feel shy to appreciate the builder then at least don't disrespect the property buyers who are taking advantage of the price reduction. Don't you want property prices to go down? Tell me!Ravi Karandeekarhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01681035021606018101noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5269558537262232516.post-24885896434766946082009-08-27T01:16:39.943+05:302009-08-27T01:16:39.943+05:30Ravi,
I guess you have already posted these good n...Ravi,
I guess you have already posted these good news earlier. Repeating same story seems to be desperate attempt to make (false) impression for buyers to either regret the decision of not buying in offer time or missing bus kind of feeling. But hey, lets communicate to KP that time has changed a lot so marketing gimmicks needs to be changed. Isn't the same tactics used during speculative property boom in 2005-2007? Buyers are not feeling any regrets whatever time KP displays ads of OVERWHELMING response and BIG THANK YOU! I would suggest KP to display TV commercials of BIG THANK YOU!

Anyways, thanks for communicating this BIG THANK YOU which I guess is very useful for users to look for other alternatives as KP seems to be fully booked now :)Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
