Your comment on the view is absolutely correct. your observation on the connectivity of this particular project was simply amazing. The area Behind Pan...THanks Ravi for the pictures. <br />The area Behind Pancard club between the Baner Rd and Bypass and the hill seems to be a very good location. On the one side you get/ will get access to Pashan and subsequently Kothrud to the South, on the other side you get Aundh, original Baner and Balewadi , and the Bypass takes you to Hinjewadi etc. I think if the DP given in PMC website is completed, this will be a good location.
