May be they are realistic for new properties to be bought from the builder, but not for buying in re-sell. <BR/>For example I booked a flat in Baner area, measuring, 1460 sq. ft. at 2100 /sq. ft. <BR/>So the cost of the flat works out to 33 Lakh including parking, MSEB Registration etc. Add 1 lakh of interest per annum to that for 3 years. so the total cost to me for that flat is 36 lakh.
