So, Nanded city is taking money worth 15 years from customers.<br /><br />Normally, customers can enjoy higher interest on this money rather than paying it to builder one time. In 613 sq.ft built up area, they are giving 2 bathrooms & toilets. Why ????<br />So, even if rate is 2800 Rs per sq.ft, it is not worth to invest.<br /><br />Nanded city<br />For 1 BHK flat (640 sq ft built up), rate charged is 2850 so, value comming as 1874000 (exluding parking, stamp duty & registration).
