I have 2cr flats avaialble in Kharadi better than this off NIBM area. Gotcha happens when the property is @ affordable price. Again when I say @affordable price I dont mean AnandGram or something. Whereever those are available in ready possession either the options are on top floor or at the back side or its too small. I know one house was available @Rohan Mithila, Viman Nagar @ ground floor with garden and all + 3bhk but the size was just 800 sq ft. And the cost was 67L. Why will I buy it? I will prefere waiting for an year or two rather. I dont mind if I get possession 6-8 months late. coz I am not buying matchbox.<br />I dont compromise watching the movie sitting in the first row in a/c multiplex with the same price, I can pay for the last row on the next day. I will rather wait for next show.
