Maple Shelters' scam busted - what about the other scams?

Pune police have busted Maple Shelters' Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Scam. But this is not the one & only scam in Pune real estate market. Many builders in Pune have cheated & robbed flat buyers. Are Pune police going to investigate all these builders?:

An appeal to Pune flat buyers:

Pune Police have appealed to people who have booked flats in Maple Shelters project to approach Police Inspector Rajendra Mulik with their booking receipts at Economic Offence Wing (EOW) at the old CID office near Sangam Bridge. People can contact the office at 97 67 11 11 17.

Why restrict it to only victims of Maple Shelters?

Why not victims of all builders in Pune!

Isn't this an opportunity to get justice for every flat buyer in Pune who has paid money to the builder but hasn't received a flat?

For example - Flat buyers in Misty Trails on Handewadi Road in Hadapsar who have lodged FIR against Bhujbal Brothers Construction Company?

Shouldn't the flat buyers in Aura City Shikrapur get justice?

What about the flat buyers in Palladium Grand Dhanori?

What about agitating flat buyers in KUL Ecoloch Mahalunge?

What about the flat buyers in WS Developers' Srushti Heights - Regency - Orbit & other projects?

What about PRA East Avenue Wagholi?

Come on, Pune flat buyers, approach the Economic Offence Wing. Register your complaint. Help the Economic Offence Wing investigate all housing scams in Pune.

  1. This Maple Matka centre turned out to be boon in disguise if one sees total picture. With this Maple matka centre being closed down, rest of the crooks of CREDAI who also planned to start matka centre will now drop the idea.

This also sets an example that if people unite & fight, they can easily defeat these white collar thugs.
And these thugs have also now realised that a buyer can't be fooled again & again.

Some inspirational news for flat buyers from NCR :

As buyers cry foul, CM vows to get stern with builders :

    http://timesofindia.indiatimes.com/city/noida/As-buyers-cry-foul-CM-vows-to-get-stern-with-builders/articleshow/51917622.cms

The CMs are now directly having meeting with flat buyers. This is is the power of unity which led to even pro-builder CONgress to support RERA which it didn't pass for past decades.

If builder has cheated you, fight. Be united. This power is more than all the crook CREDAIs combined.
And as Ravi rightly mentioned, all the flat buyers who are suffering from other thief builders like Bhujbal, KUL, Mittal, PRA, Naiknavare, Goel Ganga etc should also approach the EOW as a group & file case against the thug.

Now expect CREDAI taking out morcha in front of EOW office & builders will complain that intolerance has risen amongst flat buyers !

  2. @ Ravi,

Please inform if you attended Sakal Vastu exhibition held last week ? If yes, would like to see some photos. Lot of gimmicks are hidden in photos ;)

    1. I visited the exhibition. Enjoyed virtual reality presentation of Red Earth at Urawade by Pandit Javdekar. Rest of the time, I was on the phone with some other builder's victim. Didn't take photos. Sorry.

    2. " I was on the phone with some other builder's victim."

      - I think you should have IVR enabled to your phone. So when a person calls you, these will be options :

      For delayed possession, press 1
For poor construction quality, press 2
For not providing promised amenities & specifications, press 3
For demanding unjust charges, press 4
For not doing conveyance deed, press 5
For altering plans without approvals, press 6
      For abandoning project, press 7
For taking money & running away, press 8
For all the above, press 9

And in this, there needs to be another sub-menu :

If purchase has been made without verification, press 0 to connect with Yerwada Mental Hospital.

      "Didn't take photos. Sorry. "

      - No need to say sorry Ravi. In anycase, what's there to see in photos these days at real estate exhibition ? Sleeping salesmen, vacant visitors chairs.
