  3. Whats the possession time frame .. ? Looking at the video of Mr. Borawake I think it should be more than 4 years from now..
    And even if it is 3 years - Add more "1 and half year more " than the committed time period.
    Although the process is semi-transparent ... This is from past experience with Darode-Jog Builders.
