  1. I AM NEW TO PUNE -- DONT KNOW WHY THERE IS DRINKING WATER PROBLEM IN VIMAN NAGAR-- I SAW ONE SOCIETY WHERE THE RESIDENTS HAD TO FETCH WATER FROM GROUND FLOOR-- FLATS COSTING RS 50 TO 60 LACS--
    I ALSO SAW A PUNE MUN CORP PLACE IN YERWADA LABELLED AS TANKER WATER SUPPY -- IS IT THAT PMC IS SLLG TANKER WATER AND NOT PROVIDING WATER IN MULTISTORY BUILDINGS.I AM A MUMBAIKAR-- THIS WOULD NOT BE TOLERATED IN MUMBAI.
    WHAT ACTUALLY IS THE PROBLEM?

  2. The problem my friend is the fact that most buildings in the viman nagar/kharadi belt have been built without necessary sanctions and permissions from PMC. Due to this most of the owners donot even have a completion certificate and are not paying property tax yet. Hence PMC doesnt provide them water supply. This is also the case in some places at Kalyani Nagar ! I donot have an idea if PMC is selling tankers but who know maybe this is a grand conspiracy where the builder and PMC join hands to knowingly delay the process so that both profit .. one sells water tankers , the other postpones legal charges

    Your blogs been always very informative and useful. Thanks for your efforts. Today I am asking for one more help. I am looking to buy a flat in Pune-west region probably near Hinjewadi. I was unable to visit this property expo. Can you please update the project and costing details (same as you did previously for one of the exibition)? It will be very useful.
