Fuzzy Nation

Vanished!
Proposed 30 Meter Wide River-side Road from Kharadi to KUL Nation!!

"Proposed 30 Meter Wide River-side Road from Kharadi" is the only USP - main attraction - of KUL Nation Manjri Khurd (www.kulnation.com).

Location maps in the launch ads showed "Proposed 30 Meter Wide River-side Road from Kharadi" in a 'special color'.

"Be a part of a living from where you can walk to the Kharadi IT Park" was the theme of launch ads of KUL Nation.

Location of KUL Nation is "Just 3.5 km from Kharadi, a destination emerging into the next real estate hotspot" the launch ads said. The claim of 3.5 km from Kharadi was based on the "Proposed 30 Meter Wide River-side Road from Kharadi".

And you know what? At the site of KUL Nation special arrangement was made to show the "Proposed 30 Meter Wide River-side Road from Kharadi" to every visiting property buyer!

Not only that! In every one to one interaction, visiting property buyer to KUL Nation was told that - by the time you get the possession of your flat - "Proposed 30 Meter Wide River-side Road from Kharadi" would be ready!

Along with neighboring builders - Kumar Builders will construct "Proposed 30 Meter Wide River-side Road from Kharadi" - every visiting property buyer to KUL Nation was promised.

But, "Proposed 30 Meter Wide River-side Road from Kharadi" is not shown in the location map on the website of KUL Nation.

Why?

  1. Ravi,if the proposed 30 meter road vanishes, then whats the point taking a flat in Kul nation, another thing is that in their website, they are still mentioning that Kharadi is 3-3.5 Kms,I dont think without that proposed road it will be 3.5 Kms.

  4. Pune air port - 6 km. Pune Railway station - 9 km, Kharadi - 3 km.

    Are these arial distances?

Distances from EON SEZ are - Pune Airport - 8 km,Pune Railway station - 11 km.

This is good example of misleading the buyers.

  5. This is old style of selling project by KUL Builder. KUL has special skill of producing all fake legal documents. If any property buyers ask for such type of plan from builder then KUL can produce it in the way such that there is no hinderance.

Don't gamble your hard money with KUL

  6. Don't ever believe these guys!! 'We the Nation' or whatever crap they say to attract and put a trap !! I stay in one of their projects in Kondhwa and they had similar promises. Infact, they shown the road and the 'proposed road' as well.. the piece of land is a disputed one and our access to that road has now been lost..after 3 years!!!we now have to take a long route which increases the distance by at least half a kilometer. Its a nightmare that all of us staying in this society are facing each day..imagine the pains the elders, women and kids have to go through to get as simple things as catching the school bus (they don't come to the complex citing a long distance to reach), buying daily stuffs from the nearest shop which is now at least 300 metres away that too on a road which dont have lights..there was a recent life threatening incident that happened here because of no lights!! who is responsible for this? Bear in mind, it has been more than 4 years now that we have got 'completion certificate' and still no road, no water..there is no end to our agony..so don't spend a single penny of your hard earned money on this promise of 'proposed roads'..if you still want to ..go ahead and after all its your money, your life and ofcourse you want to be part of that nation!!
