Khane Mein Kya Hai Homes

Why no one called me after PRA Realty India Pvt. Ltd. published the advt of East Avenue Wagholi Pune 412 207?

On the 30th of January 2012, the day before the publication of the advt, Mr. Kumar told me that he saw the advt at the office of the builder.

But, no one - out of hundreds - who had given the booking amount - and even their 20 per cent own contribution - and been eagerly waiting for so long for the launch of PRA East Avenue Wagholi (www.eastavenue.co.in) called me!

Guys, please, keep on calling me on 919860044110 as you were doing for over a year. Or, please, share your views and experiences about PRA East Avenue Wagholi in the comments. We, all my readers and I, want to know more about PRA East Avenue from you all - who are so interested and for such a long time.

Obviously, I was curious to know - what's cooking? So, this weekend I visited the site of PRA East Avenue at Wagholi Pune 412 207. Look what i saw and learned:

1) 400 Bulk Bookings:
The salesperson told me that PRA East Avenue has received a bulk booking of 400 flats. Bulk means you all guys!

2) PRA in PMC:
In 1 & half year PRA East Avenue will be merged in Pune Municipal Corporation!

3) Special PMC Water Line:
Secret work of laying under ground water line from Kharadi to PRA has already began!

4) The Aeroplane Flies High:
Since there are no buildings around airplanes which land or take off from Lohegaon Airport, they fly so low. But after the 11 story towers in PRA East Avenue are constructed these airplanes will start flying high!

5) Who has time to cook?
The 1.5 BHK Flats in PRA East Avenue Wagholi come in 3 types -
1) Compact - 520 sq.ft. Carpet + Terrace
2) Comfort - 526 sq.ft. Carpet + Terrace
3) Premium - 550 sq.ft. Carpet + Terrace
All these 1.5 BHK Flats in PRA East Avenue have same size of a kitchen - 7 feet x 9 feet. Mr. Gajendra, an investor whom i joined at the site, said that the kitchen is too small. The salesperson told him that - now a days, who has time to cook? And soon, we all will mostly eat out.

6) Garam Kya Hai?
Dining is at the entrance of each type of flat in PRA East Avenue Wagholi. If I buy a flat in PRA East Avenue, I will stop saying "Honey, I am home!".

You know what I will start saying when I return from office? - Gajendra asked the salesperson. When she said - no idea. He said, "I will enter the home. Sit at the dining table. If i am in mood - I will shout - Garam Kya Hai? If not in a mood - Table Pe Phadka Maro Aur Ek Pani cum Chai Lao!

7) Khane Mein Kya Hai?
Are you going for a 1.5 BHK, a 2 BHK of 695 or 774 sq.ft. Carpet or a 3 BHK of 1002 Carpet? - the salesperson asked.

Pointing at the kitchen at the entrance of all types of flats, Gajendra said - I will let you know. I will go home. Ask my wife whether she would like to live in a home in which everyone who enters will ask her - Khane Mein Kya Hai?

8) Come to East Avenue only if you trust PRA Realty:
Gajendra left the site immediately. I kept on looking at a few well dressed couples at the site. Wondering why they hadn't heard about PRA East Avenue in the last one year.

Suddenly, one fellow stood up and started shouting - Is this the way to talk with the customer?

The salesperson said - We can't show you all the papers and documents. Real estate is all about trust. So, you should buy only from whom you trust. If you don't trust PRA, I suggest you to go to the builder whom you trust. Is there anything wrong in this?

    even i had the same issue. i have had gone at PRA on 5th May. They still dont have NA clearance. sales person (Vikas- extremely rude person) told me that it will take another 4 months. I asked him what if you dont get the NA clearance? he said he will give me my amount back after deducting the sales tax. It means builder will use my 6-8 Lacks for god knows how much time. He will earn the interest & if anything goes wrong I will get money which is less that what i have given to them.
    What a policy PRA. God bless this company & their plans.

    Please note- Their website is incomplete. It does not have any information about past projects & team members. please be careful before investing. I have a doubt that it falls in lohgaon air space. I feel they will not get the sanction letter for 11 story building. For god sake.. Planes are not going to fly up because of your tall building. instead u will not get permission for high rise.

    1. We at PRA are glad that customers have spoken their minds here. We are taking our clients' comments into consideration and taking the appropriate steps.
