    Puneri middle class buying tiny 1BHKs for Rs.40L and tiny 2BHKs for Rs.60L... Whoopie...I feel that I am below poverty line...

    And as for DSK... Are you gone nuts?
    Tiny flats in congested scheme at this price? What were you thinking, if at all?

  3. I feel 1 BHK should cost a little more than 42 Lacs in such a plush village called Balewadi.
    PS, Thanks to all over paid IT workers for your continous co-operation in controlling the real estate prices in Pune.(Although you guys cannot even negotiate price for 1 kg of tomatoes from local vegetable vendors instead, overtip)

No. 215/4, 6, 7, 8, 216/7, 217/1, 218/9, Behind Kapil Malhar, Baner, Pune. have u ever visited that project ? and what is status of new 30 meter dp road construction which is connecting aundh-aloma acounty project-kapil tranquil green-and dsk gandhkosh ???

  5. Yes, I know about this project. But i haven't written about it, yet.

    Since i have stopped selling properties, i don't have to talk about the DP Roads in the villages whose D P Plan is not passed for last 20 years! And i am enjoying that privilege.
