  1. I don;t think buying property in Wagholi area is good options. There are not one or two but many problems.
    1. Poor connectivity. No PMPL buses.Autos don't ply & even if they do, charges are very high.
    2. Narrow & poor roads. Trucks on these roads make things even worse.At peak hours it is no less than a nightmare.
    3. Being out of PMC limits, water & electricity are constant problems in this area.
    4. No good civic amenities in closeby area.
    5. Poor connecting roads with no street lighting.
    6. Crowd is not so good.
    7. Property rate appreciation is very less.
    8. Most of the projects are for economical weaker backgrounds, so project quality is not good in general until unless it is very reputed builder like Kumar or Kolte-Patil etc.
    9. Amenities wrt total number of units in projects is very poor.
    10. Educational institutes in nearby area are either poor by reputation or way too expensive.

    Buy property in Wagholi if & only if you have Huge money crisis & you can't afford anyhting better than this.
