Complaint against Shreeyash Builders, Pradhikaran, Nigdi, Pune 44

Hi,
I purchased flat on first floor(103) from Shreeyash Builders, At the time of registration the mentioned salable area was 840sq.ft. & after a year & a half the builders started forcing us to take the possession of the flat without the completion. We had to pay all the remaining amount & the finishing of the flat was yet to be done.

Builder has mentioned in the agreement that they'll provide solar water heater & after possession when we ask for he says he can't give it because he doesn't have money. One wall in the kitchen has already started leaking which they are not ready to fix & the alignment of the tiles & door is wrong. In Nutshell, we are facing a lot of issues as finishing work is totally undone & as they got their money they are reluctant on doing it.

  1. Hi Ravi,

Nice to see you are putting consumer complaints also.... all this while this blog was in favor of builders

  2. I write this blog to share information and discuss about ongoing projects in Pune real estate market with the property buyers.

I started this blog because, besides project ad, sales brochure and website, i realized, for the property buyers there was no source of information and a place to discuss and exchange views about Pune real estate market.

Yes, there is "Indian Real Estate Forum", i read and refer to it all the time, but on the forum it's easy to express your views and experiences than the basic information about the particular project. They, moderators and/or members, consider it as "promoting a project or a builder."

It looks like that, you also share the same opinion! Sharing information about the project or a builder means being favorable to the builders. In an era of Information Technology and Web 2, i find your views ridiculous.

I request you to reconsider your opinion on 2 points:

    1) Isn't this information useful for the property buyers?

    2) Isn't there enough space and opportunities for the property buyers to express, share and exchange there views and opinion?

In short, i write this blog for the property buyers and you have an equal opportunity to make it more useful for them.

Along with this blog, you know, i share my mobile number and e mail id. I offer free 3 minutes consultation about buying a flat / investing in Pune real estate market. As early as i can, i reply to emails too. This free consultation is more specific.

I request you to call me to discuss about your issue. Even in one on one private talk, you will realize that my focus is the property buyer.

Talking and sharing information and views about Pune real estate market with those who want to buy a home or want to invest in real estate is my full time job.

  3. Celestial City Ravet Pune delaying Registration to charge VAT
    Hi!

I bought flat with Celestial City Ravet,Pune last year December (30 Dec 2009). I cleared my booking and rest 20% amount as asked by the builder before time. The builder intentionally delayed Registration & Agreement process till April even after following several times.

Now, they are asking for 1% VAT on agreement value as per new state budget announcement applicable from 1 April 2010. They were aware about this before hand and I followed up with them from Jan till Mar to do the agreement before April.

They are saying that they will do agreement only when we pay 1% VAT.
What should we do???? It is delay from there end and not from our side.

How will i get reimbursement for the days i am not availing the service.
There is no surety again for this reimbursement.
This type of response i never expect from sun direct.
