    "What is affordable according to Builders?"

    According to DSK guy on CNBC TV (30 Sep 09), 'majority' of the Pune people can easily pay a rate of 2000-2500 per sq. ft.

    So according to him that is affordable....(it does not matter even if it is still 3 times the Jan 2005 price)
